Junior Visual Designer

INTERWEAVE is looking for a Junior Visual Designer with a strong visual sensibility and a passion for thoughtful, well-crafted design across platforms and channels. The designer will support the development of creative concepts and help deliver high-quality design across digital and physical touchpoints.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in Visual / Graphic Design (or relevant internships)
• 1+ years of experience in Animation/Motion Design (would be considered a plus)
• Strong understanding of basic design principles such as typography, layout, and composition
• Understanding of branding, visual systems, and design guidelines
• Willingness to think conceptually and contribute ideas, not just execute tasks
• Attention to detail and care for visual quality
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience and ability to use AI generative tools
• Ability to manage feedback, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
