Job Description
Intown Golf Club is seeking an Events & Member Relations Manager to create high membership engagement within the club and its membership by fostering a deep sense of community. This is a hands-on role responsible for ideating, facilitating, and executing all types of club event programming and facilitating the needs of members who host private events.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in event management, member/guest relations, membership services, community development, hospitality operations
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with finance, membership, operations, marketing, and leadership teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Hospitality) is a plus but not required – real-world experience matters more
- Genuine interest and curiosity in all Golf Culture, Food, Lifestyle, Luxury, and Travel Experiences
- Service-oriented mindset & genuine desire to connect people
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Problem solver & strategic thinker
