Events Manager

Sarasota National Golf Club is seeking an Events Manager to provide an exceptional member experience through positive communication, technology assistance, and administrative support. The successful candidate will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the club's managed by Troon.

• Excellent verbal and written skills including experience in marketing events

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Maintains communication with outside vendors contracted for a specific event
• Prepares and executes a detailed outline of events as needed
• Welcomes all members and guests with positivity and enthusiasm
• Write and manage club communications, including marketing brochures, newsletter, local media, social media platforms, club app, website communication, and maintenance, etc.
• Strong computer and technology skills is a must to handle workload
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with CANVA, CLUB ESSENTIAL, EZSUITE & RAMCO is helpful
• Basic to intermediate graphic design/layout skills a plus
