Property Attendant

Welcome to InTown Suites! We are seeking a Property Attendant to maintain a comfortable and quiet atmosphere for our guests. The Property Attendant serves as the property's emergency contact after office hours and assists guests as needed.

Requirements

• Patrol the property when the office is closed
• Live on the property and be on-call between five and six days per week
• Respond and assist to minor maintenance issues, guest needs, complaints, and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Obtain guest list on a nightly basis to ensure only authorized guests are allowed to access rooms and the property
• Complete thorough inspection rounds of the property
• Document all inspection rounds and any incidents on the Property Attendant Checklist
