Job Description
Welcome to InTown Suites! We are currently seeking a Property Attendant to help maintain a comfortable and quiet atmosphere for our guests. The Property Attendant serves as the property’s emergency contact after office hours and assists guests as needed.
Requirements
- Patrol the property when the office is closed
- Live on the property and be on-call between five and six days per week
- Respond and assist to minor maintenance issues, guest needs, complaints, and/or concerns
- Obtain guest list and vacant room report on a nightly basis
- Document all inspection rounds and any incidents
- Follow company procedure by verifying IDs to provide access to rooms for guests who become locked out
