Property Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician at one of our hotel properties. The Property Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily upkeep of the property, which includes monitoring, maintaining, repairing, and preforming preventative maintenance on hotel property and equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to read, speak, write and understand the English language
• Ability to organize oneself and the ability to work with limited supervision
• Ability to manage multiple activities often in stressful situations
• Working knowledge of air conditioning systems and equipment
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Skill and ability to operate hand and power tools
• Mental and physical demands of working on uneven surfaces, climbing ladders, and lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.
