Intrinsic Digital, Inc. is a digital marketing company looking for a Client Success Account Coordinator to manage client relationships, oversee digital campaigns, and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- 1+ year of account management or client success experience
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing and/or multifamily
- Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously
- Comfortable using CRM and project management tools (HubSpot & Asana preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance trends
