Intrinsic Digital is a remote company that offers a fast-paced, supportive, and diverse culture. As a Client Success Account Coordinator - Onboarding, you will act as the lead contact for our new client base and guide our clients through our onboarding process from start to finish.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business
- 1+ year of account management or client success experience
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing and/or multifamily
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable reviewing and uploading creatives and ad assets
- Proficient in using HubSpot and managing timelines
- Organized and responsive with a keen attention to detail
- Multifamily industry experience a plus
