We are looking for a Sales Engineer to drive technical engagements with clients, helping them convert requirements into outcomes while ensuring seamless onboarding and continuous usage. As a Sales Engineer, you will act as the technical owner during customer sales, onboarding, and implementation, leveraging deep subject matter expertise in the hCaptcha ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role at a SaaS company.
- Developer skills including APIs and front-end technologies like JavaScript and React.
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Experience translating customer requirements into actionable code for sprint pipelines.
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills across diverse audiences.
- Preferred: Familiarity with security frameworks, attack vectors, botnets, and online threats.
- Strong solution architecture and engineering expertise (requirements gathering, problem-solving, and technical recommendations).
