Job Description
Join Intuitive as a Technical Solution Consultant and play a key role in fostering an inclusive and diverse team committed to making a difference in healthcare. You will serve as the digital solutions technology expert, collaborating with customers and sales partners to develop functionality requirements and navigate hospital technology intake processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of work experience in medical device consulting with specialization in healthcare technology
- Previous experience in building and presenting architecture diagrams, addressing technical questionnaires and RFI/RFPs, and translating clinical expectations into technical requirements
- Understanding of Hospitals’ technical acquisition and implementation processes, healthcare technology market, and industry trends.
- Advanced knowledge of server, database, storage, networking, HL7 and DICOM interfaces as well as cloud hosted services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders – operational, clinical, and technical
- Experience with audio/video capture devices and virtual collaboration tools. Basic knowledge of video endoscopy systems, OR integration systems, operating rooms, and procedure rooms is preferred.
