Associate, Development (Permitting)

Invenergy is seeking an Associate, Development (Permitting) to compile, review, and organize permit requirements, evaluate project risks, and execute strategy to obtain primary development permits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of work experience in energy industry or relevant experience
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Juris Doctor, Master of Science, or similar graduate-level degree
• Experience with permitting, project management, and technical/legal writing
• Ability to quickly develop multidisciplinary expertise and act decisively in a fast-paced business environment with competing deadlines
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Must be self-directed and detail-oriented, with the ability and desire to effectively lead
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and GIS applications
