Senior Associate, Development (Permitting)

Invenergy is seeking a Senior Associate, Development (Permitting) to lead development, permitting, and regulatory compliance tasks for large energy infrastructure projects in the MISO North and South territories.

Requirements

• Compile, review, and organize permit requirements in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Evaluate project risks and execute strategy to obtain primary development permits.
• Draft, review, and organize high-quality and resilient permit applications and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external technical support from development, legal, engineering, environmental, and construction teams.
• Manage schedules and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Interface with government agencies to establish positive relationships and effectively communicate project objectives, details, and benefits.
