Invenergy is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead the full life cycle recruiting process for corporate positions, partnering with hiring leaders and teams to build recruiting strategies and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• Lead the full life cycle recruiting process for corporate positions
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies
• Screen and assess candidates
• Maintain accurate documentation and support reporting on recruiting progress and results
• Participate in talent acquisition initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Support career fairs, networking events, information sessions, etc.
