Rewards Network has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The Corporate Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting across a diverse set of corporate functions, partnering closely with business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
- 5+ years of corporate, in-house recruiting experience
- Proven ability to recruit across multiple corporate functions
- Strong communication (written and oral) and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels
