ETF Capital Markets Specialist

As an ETF Capital Markets Specialist at Invesco, you will manage and optimize the primary and secondary market ecosystem for UCITS ETFs, ensuring consistent liquidity and efficient trading. You will work closely with portfolio management, market makers, and clients to deliver execution expertise and market intelligence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the ETF industry or Front Office Buyside equivalent
• Relationship building skills to build new and enhance existing relationships with the ETF broker dealer community
• Understanding of financial markets, investment concepts and trading
• Analytical skills to analyse and interpret various market data
• Understanding of ETF structure and mechanics of creation & redemption
• Organizational skills and detail orientation
• Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
• Self-directed individual with problem solving skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of SQL, Java, and VBA required
• Proficiency in Bloomberg a plus
• Additional languages a plus
• IMC Qualified a plus
