Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Business Development, handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Manage the schedule strategically to create optimal flow
- Coordinate meeting times with attendees, including on-site or off-site logistics, as needed
- Oversee all travel bookings, reservations, and logistics
- Process expense reports and invoices in a timely manner
- Create meeting invitations in the calendar that include all relevant information
- Schedule and coordinate internal and offsite meetings
- Maintain and organize electronic files
- Handle phone coverage
- Assisting with onboarding for new hires within the department
- Provide backup coverage to other members of the administrative team
- Edit and review memos and presentations as requested
