Head of HR, Technology & Operations job description: Responsible for shaping and executing the global people strategy for Technology & Operations, influencing enterprise-level decisions, and serving as a senior steward of culture, conduct, and leadership accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10+ years Senior HR leadership experience as an HR Business Partner in a global organization
• Proven experience advising C-suite or equivalent executive leaders
• Experience supporting Technology, Operations, or similarly scaled functions
• Experience operating in a regulated or global enterprise environment
• Strong grounding in employee relations, employment law, and risk management
