The Principal Data Governance Analyst - Data Governance and Capabilities role is responsible for defining, governing, and maintaining enterprise content data standards, taxonomy, and metadata structures.
Requirements
- Works with the business to define new content management requirements
- Implements lifecycle policies across all data areas, incorporating classification, retention, archive, and destruction
- Works with the business, enterprise architects, solution architects, and technical teams to develop ongoing content management roadmaps
- Summarizes and articulates complex business problems for architects
- Worked in Agile team structure using Scrum or Kanban
- Develops EPICs and Stories (where needed) to document the requirements for the technology teams
- Develops communications on the ongoing progress of the Alfresco implementation and releases
- Works with the business to define their content taxonomy
- Provides implementation assistance to the technology teams
- Provides tools, template communications, and sample training materials to support the rollout of content management solutions
- Supports the definition of new content requires for Alfresco Content Taxonomy and functionality
