Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst at Invesco, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability and effectiveness of business-critical systems and processes. You will analyze, prioritize, and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancement needs, and provide subject-matter expertise to guide junior analysts and support decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience supporting front-office platforms, such as CRD (Charles River Development), Aladdin, or ETF trading and portfolio management applications
- Proven experience of SQL database query
- Investment Industry knowledge
- Business or Technology related degree is desirable but not essential
- Must be a team player
- Must have a desire to learn and progress
- Must have the capability to learn quickly in a high-pressure environment
- Must have problem-solving capabilities with an analytical and methodical approach
- Must demonstrate a customer focused attitude and understand the fundamentals of customer service
