Job Description
Invesco is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance (ETF) to lead compliance advisory for the ETF business in Hong Kong and APAC region, ensuring high-quality and commercially aligned compliance support to the business while maintaining strong regulatory engagement with key authorities.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Law or related disciplines
- Minimum of 8-10 years relevant compliance experience in the financial services industry, with strong exposure to ETFs and/or asset management
- Strong working knowledge of SFC regulations, Hong Kong Listing Rules, and ETF-related regulatory frameworks across APAC markets
- Experience in advising on ETF product lifecycle events, distribution requirements, market structure, and AP/MM governance preferred
- Prior experience interacting with regulators (e.g., SFC, HKEX) and industry bodies is advantageous
