• SOX certifications
• Professional accounting or auditing designation (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA, CIA, ACCA, ACFE)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain objectivity under pressure
