Job Description
As a Senior Performance Analyst at Invesco, you will be responsible for complex performance outputs, act as a trusted subject-matter expert, and help shape how performance is measured, governed, and reported across Invesco's global investment platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance measurement or closely related asset management functions
- Strong understanding of investment products, performance methodologies, KPIs, and investment accounting
- Experience with GIPS standards and regulatory or audit environments
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
- Independent, proactive mindset with sound professional judgment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Technical capability (e.g. SQL; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau) â used to enhance insights, not as a core IT role
- Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
- CIPM or CFA would be highly desirable
