Requirements

• Higher education in business administration, human resource management, economics, organizational psychology, etc.
• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, human resources, or business development
• Interest in human resource management
• Strong presentation and communication skills in both Lithuanian and English
• Critical thinking and ability to take initiative
