Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finances, Business Management, etc.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, management consulting, or business development in the international B2B environment.
• Understanding of Lithuania's business environment, key GBS industry players, and success stories.
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills and IT literacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and Lithuanian.
