At Invest Lithuania, you'll be co-creating the country's future as a Sales Development Manager in the Manufacturing team. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying investment leads, researching target companies, and crafting outreach messages to communicate Lithuania's value proposition.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales development, B2B sales, business development, consulting, or a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
- Proven ability to generate leads from scratch, conduct account-based research, and engage senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience using sales development and outreach tools (e.g. CRM systems, automation tools, prospecting platforms).
- Strong analytical skills and high IT literacy; ability to work comfortably with data, basic Excel analysis, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and Lithuanian.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a strong drive to learn, improve processes, and achieve measurable results.
