Job Description
InvestCloud is seeking an Application Support Engineer to support customers using the APL Portfolio Accounting and Trading Platform. The ideal candidate brings strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of investment portfolio performance, and advanced proficiency with Oracle SQL queries.
Requirements
- Provide application support for software within the scope of the role
- Monitor the ticket queue and field incoming calls
- Work directly with clients to analyze issues and assist with resolution
- Troubleshoot issues by analyzing application code and data, then deliver resolutions or workarounds
- Partner closely with peers and customer-facing operations teams to triage and resolve client-reported issues
