Requirements
- University degree (computer science, Information Technology or human resources preferred) or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role.
- Five to seven years of experience supporting, maintaining, or implementing enterprise applications or ERP platforms.
- Strong, hands-on expertise with Workday, including configuration, integrations, and functional solutioning.
- Experience designing or supporting solutions beyond core ERP platforms, including exposure to Microsoft business applications such as Power BI, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365.
- Strong analytical and solution design skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
- Experience working across the SDLC, including requirements, design, validation, and deployment.
- Solid understanding of data security, access controls, and enterprise governance.
- Proven ability to manage initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Creativity and innovation in designing solutions and improving processes.
- Hands-on experience across both Workday and Microsoft business application platforms.
- Workday Pro or Service Partner certifications, or Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Experience designing solutions that span ERP and non-ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of data modeling concepts and familiarity with data warehousing or analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
