Construction Lawyer

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Construction Lawyer to join our team. As a Construction Lawyer, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, as well as advising on project delivery methods, risk allocation, and compliance requirements. If you are a licensed lawyer with experience in construction law and risk management, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Ontario and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Proven legal experience with a strong focus on construction law and risk management
• Experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts, procurement documents, and other related documentation
• Proven background in construction disputes and dispute resolution processes (dispute resolution, arbitration, litigation)
• Experience working within or alongside construction, engineering, property management or infrastructure companies
