Job Description
As a Key Account Manager, you will drive exceptional account management and commercial support for InVue’s direct and strategic customers. You will oversee the end-to-end customer journey, acting as a key liaison between customers, the commercial team, and internal departments.
Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and act as the primary point of contact for all commercial and operational needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct customers, end users, and key stakeholders
- Coordinate end-to-end order management processes and act as a spokesperson throughout the InVue organization
- Lead project execution/role outs for assigned accounts and oversee project planning, quoting, and inventory research
