INX is seeking Mill Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. This is a second-shift position, requiring training for a split shift, which includes working from 10am-6:30pm. Responsibilities include running batches, packaging, cleaning, maintaining equipment, and performing QC/maintenance. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and adaptability are key.
