The Administrative and Human Resources Associate will provide support to human resources and administrative functions of the Country Office, including recruitment, onboarding, HR data management, leave administration, and general office coordination and support services.
Requirements
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes
- Perform pre-employment and onboarding activities
- Manage HR data and generate reports
- Monitor leave quotas and entitlements
- Prepare HR administrative documentation and follow-up actions
- Provide staff guidance on entitlements and responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement of HR/Administrative processes
