ION's Leadership Development Program is a 2-year rotational program for outstanding college graduates. The program provides a broad range of experiences across ION's divisions, including product strategy, product management, business intelligence, and sales and account management. Analysts will have the opportunity to develop critical skills and professional capabilities, and will be equipped with sufficient knowledge to become future leaders.
