Assistant Director, Healthcare Compliance & Privacy Programs

Ionis Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Assistant Director to help advance and sustain their healthcare compliance and privacy programs. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare compliance, privacy, or related roles
• Hands-on experience supporting data privacy programs
• Working knowledge of Privacy Technology tools such as OneTrust
• Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance laws and industry requirements
• Strong project and program management experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in compliance programs
• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
