Development Officer (FTC) is a temporary position at IOSH, responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of the IOSH brand by managing the quality assurance process for learning content developed by third-party organisations.
Requirements
- Significant experience of using Microsoft Office applications.
- A good operational understanding of administrative processes and procedures.
- The ability to provide verbal and written feedback, including structured advice and guidance to customers.
- Demonstrated experience in writing high quality, professional reports in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all work is quality checked.
- Previous experience of working in a Learning and Development environment.
- A formal adult training qualification (e.g., Cert Ed, PTLLS, Level 3 Award in Education and Training, or equivalent) or relevant experience.
- A demonstrable understanding or qualification in occupational safety and health.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
