Job Description
IP Fabric is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead their US-based team of 7 Account Executives and 2 Customer Success Managers. This role is key to driving revenue growth in the North American markets and requires a leader who is agile, customer-focused, and experienced in a fast-paced environment. The company offers a collaborative, supportive, and growing culture in a startup environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise software sales.
- 8+ years of individual contributor experience as an Account Executive (AE).
- Team building and leadership skills.
- Process-driven approach with ability to establish and adapt processes.
- Strong understanding of a B2B enterprise software sales environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Resourceful, confident, and experienced in services, operational support, customer relationship management, and business development.
