Job Description
IPD is a publicly listed Australian company seeking a young and energetic team member for its Customer Service department in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling sales orders, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with Australian counterparts.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in BPO/Customer Service/Operations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of Electrical/Industrial products would be an added advantage
