Job Description
Jebsen Beverage Company Limited is seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle day-to-day customer enquiries and complaints, and provide support services to the Sales team.
Requirements
- DSE or above
- Minimum 2 years' order desk or call centre operation experience
- Previous experience in ERP order entry system especially Oracle
- Strong hotline and problem solving skills
- Ability to make an initial assessment of inquiries and resolve problems
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
