Health, Safety and Environment Specialist

IPEX is a leading provider of advanced plastic piping systems seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Specialist based in Edmonton, Alberta. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening health, safety, and environmental practices across the site.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, working in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset
• Professional certification (e.g., CRSP, CRST, CSP) is an asset
• Strong understanding of Alberta OHS Regulations and Codes
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence others, and deliver training effectively
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working on-site and engaging directly with employees and leaders
• Strong computer and reporting skills
