Job Description
Ipsen is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide installation, startup, maintenance, and repair services for their Customer equipment in the Northwest US. This remote position requires up to 90% travel, including domestic and international locations. The role involves troubleshooting equipment, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with various support teams.
Requirements
- Installs and starts up new equipment or modifies existing equipment.
- Provides on-site technical assistance to equipment repair.
- Analyzes equipment reports and makes recommendations for repairs.
- Coordinates problem-solving activities with support teams.
- Maintains records of customer site visits and service reports.
- Analyzes technical problems and recommends modifications.
- Provides training to customers on equipment.
