Job Description
Ipsen is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service the Eastern OH and Western PA areas, providing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat treatment equipment. The role involves extended travel up to 90% of the time and requires service and communication skills. This is a remote position within a 30-minute drive of a HUB location. The position aims to maintain excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Knowledge of heat treatment equipment
- Knowledge and ability to maintain equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of customer orientation
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Computer skills (MS Office, ERP, CRM)
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage
