The IT Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing the hardware & software components of Ipsen’s IT environment, providing support for all areas of IT.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient knowledge of printers, desktops, laptops, IP phones, and mobile devices
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office desktop applications
- Ability to problem solve, learn quickly, and multi-task
