A Project Technical Lead is responsible for aligning technical support during the transition phase to meet client's requirements and expectations. They design and implement end-to-end solutions, configure IPsoft proprietary software, and work with customers to ensure seamless support.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in project driven work
- 3+ years as a systems or applications/middleware administrator with some exposure to Linux
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer focus
- A passion for technology and an IT generalist at heart, who can quickly grasp new concepts
