We are looking for a Research Analyst, Customer Experience to manage the launching and ongoing maintenance of research studies and create technical specifications in proprietary software for study questionnaires. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, relevant project management and/or market research experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
