Job Description
IPSY is looking for a Talent & Development Partner to architect how they build organizational capability and design and execute with excellence. This role owns five core areas: talent management, learning strategy, core people cycles, culture, and AI enablement. Ideal for someone who is self-directed, energized by the role of AI in modern work, and partners closely with People Business Partners and leaders to build critical org capabilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience across talent management, L&D, and people programs, with end-to-end ownership
- Proven ability to design and run performance cycles, engagement surveys, and talent reviews in fast-paced environments
- Experience building and facilitating learning programs across multiple employee segments
- Fluent in AI tools and passionate about driving adoption; experience with AI-related programs a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management and follow-through
- Strategic thinker who translates complex business needs into practical, scalable solutions
- Strong facilitator, effective with audiences ranging from managers to executives
- Tech-savvy and resourceful, leveraging tools to scale impact efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree or coaching certification a plus
