Member Advisor I, II or III (52200)

Join iQ Credit Union as a Member Advisor I, II, or III and provide exceptional service to members with in-branch transactions, account relationships, and lending. Act as a resource to members, educating them on products and services to improve their financial wellbeing. Maintain an excellent knowledge of Credit Union services and products, process transactions, open new accounts, and build relationships with members.

Requirements

• Active member onboarding
• Cross-selling Credit Union products and services
• Accurate processing of transactions and account requests
• Timely and accurate loan and account documentation
• Conducting daily quality assurance and sales calls
• Skillful interview techniques to uncover member needs and wants
• Building and maintaining Book of Business (BOB)
• Vault balancing and cash operations knowledge
• Adapting to evolving member needs and effectively navigating change
• Strong regulatory knowledge applicable to this position
