iQ Credit Union is seeking Member Advisor I, II, or III candidates to join their team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to members, process transactions, and educate members on products and services. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving member needs, and demonstrating a strong commitment to organizational goals.

Requirements

• Actively work towards established product and services goals
• Maintain an excellent knowledge of the features and benefits of Credit Union services and products
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers
• Open new accounts and develop new relationships with members
• Accept and accurately process account and loan requests
• Conduct daily quality assurance and sales calls
• Use skillful interview techniques to uncover member needs and wants
• Build and maintain Book of Business (BOB)
• Maintain Vault balancing and cash operations knowledge
• Adhere to standard security procedures
