Fiber Network Locator

IQ Fiber is looking for a Fiber Network Locator to perform technical field work and locate existing underground fiber optic cables. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in utility locating equipment operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in utility locating equipment operation
• Valid Class E Florida Driver's License
• Knowledge of underground utility systems
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
• Ability to use electronic locating equipment
• Ability to read and interpret as-builts and blueprints
