Call center operator / Telefonní operátor PART TIME

We are looking for active colleagues for long-term cooperation (part time contract) as Call center operators for a non-sale position. The position involves daily phone calls with doctors and pharmacists, recording call results, and using basic computer skills. The workplace is close to the Křižíkova metro station, and the company offers a friendly team, free coffee and tea, and learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Don't be afraid to call
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre (ideally)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in the Czech or Slovak language
• Be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
• Willingness to work in the office, after learning partly from home
