We are looking for active colleagues for long-term cooperation (part time contract) in a non-sale position at IQVIA Technology Solutions s.r.o. in Prague, Czech Republic. Responsibilities include daily phone calls with doctors and pharmacists, recording call results, and working with PC software.

Requirements

• Don't be afraid to call
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre (ideally)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in the Czech or Slovak language
• Be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
