Medical Sales Representative Team Leader – Digestive Health (Romania)

We are recruiting a Medical Sales Representative Team Leader to lead and develop a territory-based field team in Romania working within digestive health.

Requirements

• Lead a team of Medical Sales Representatives
• Coach in the field to improve call quality, territory planning and customer engagement skills
• Ensure consistent execution of the field approach across all territories
• Monitor territory performance, activity metrics and qualitative indicators
• Support territory optimisation and workload balancing across the team
• Provide regular feedback and insights to project leadership
• Maintain responsibility for your own assigned territory and personal performance objectives
• Ensure full compliance with Romanian regulations, industry codes and internal SOPs across the team
